The problem
Attendance, payroll, imprest balances, and lead tracking lived across separate spreadsheets — no shared view for admins, and no self-serve way for employees to check their own numbers.
The approach
We built an internal dashboard: employees check in and out and see their own payroll and imprest balances, while admins get role-based tools to manage tasks, leads, and the whole team from one place.
