The problem
Cold storage operators were tracking temperature-sensitive inventory, contracts, and material movements by hand — with no live view of what sat in which facility, or what was covered by which contract.
The approach
We built a live storage dashboard: real-time inventory by facility, contracts and invoices attached to the stock they cover, and a ledger of every movement in and out.
